Registration
You can register for the conference through our registration system. We encourage you to do so before 28 April 2017 to benefit from early-bird rates.
Every attendee, i.e. author, exhibitor, chairperson, invited speaker, scientific committee member, is required to register for the conference. At least one author must register and attend the conference for publication of any accepted paper.

All prices are in pound sterling (GBP).
*Student registrations must be validated by a letter signed by the student's supervisor, emailed to info@iwagpr2017.org
The registration fee includes:
- Conference program, USB memory key with conference proceedings, and conference bag
- Access to all areas of the conference, including oral sessions, poster sessions, and exhibition
- Coffee breaks, lunches, and ice-breaker reception
- Ticket for the conference dinner and whisky-tasting at the Playfair Library Hall
Pre-conference workshop session
We are offering free places with early-bird registrations for a hands-on workshop session on simulating GPR using gprMax.
gprMax is open source software that simulates electromagnetic wave propagation using the Finite-Difference Time-Domain (FDTD) method for numerical modelling of GPR.
There are 20 places available and they will be offered on a first-come, first served basis. Please indicate you would like a place by selecting the optional gprMax workshop when you register in our registration system. The session will take place the day before the conference on 27 June 2017.
